All payment transactions on 229 BDT are governed by the following rules:

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit amount applies and may change from time to time.
• Withdrawal: Only accounts with completed KYC verification are eligible to make withdrawals. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any suspicious or fraudulent transaction will be immediately suspended and the associated account will be subject to investigation.

229 BDT does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond 229 BDT's control.

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 229 BDT:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Withdrawals will not be permitted until those requirements have been met.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Multiple Bonuses: If the same individual attempts to claim a promotion through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can request self-exclusion for a period ranging from 6 months to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: For a temporary break, your account can be suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
